Siddharthanagar (Nepali ΰ€Έΰ€Ώΰ€¦ΰ₯ΰ€§ΰ€Ύΰ€°ΰ₯ΰ€₯ΰ€¨ΰ€—ΰ€°, frΓΌher Bhairahawa, ΰ€­ΰ₯ˆΰ€°ΰ€Ήΰ€΅ΰ€Ύ) ist eine Stadt (MunizipalitΓ€t) im mittleren Terai Nepals an der Grenze zu Indien, ca. 256 km westlich von Kathmandu. Der Fluss Tinau fließt westlich an der Stadt vorbei.

Die Stadt ist Verwaltungssitz des Rupandehi-Distrikts. Die Bezeichnung β€žBhairahawaβ€œ ist nach wie vor gebrΓ€uchlich.

Die Stadt verfügt über den zweitgrâßten Flughafen Nepals ca. 3 km westlich vom Zentrum mit regelmÀßigen Verbindungen nach Kathmandu und Indien. Außerdem ist Siddhartanagar ein wichtiger Grenzübergang und Endpunkt der Überlandstraße Siddhartha Rajmarg von Pokhara. Das Stadtgebiet umfasst 36,03 km².cite-ref-mun-1-0[1]
